How to order?

We ship worldwide. First step is to choose the size and quantity of product, then click to add it to your shopping card. You can put unlimited number of products into your card. To checkout, click on the “shopping card” icon (in the upper right corner), where all your items will be listed. Make sure everything is correct (size, color, quantity) and proceed to fill in the billing information. There is no need to sign up. You are registered automatically after filling in your billing information. If you wish your package to be delivered to a country that is missing on the list, please contact our customer service agent at info@dnbwear.eu for more information.

After filling in all the required information, choose the payment method and submit your order. You will automatically receive confirmation message on the email adress you chose. We will inform you when your package is shipped.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

There is no need to sign up. You are registered automatically after filling in the required billing information when you first order.

I have forgotten my username and pasword.

In case of losing your login details, please click on Lost your password? A new window will open where you will be required to fill in your details in order for the system to generate new password, which will be sent to the email adress you used when first ordering.

What are the accepted payment methods?

Worldwide: credit card or PayPal

Why is my country missing on the list?

If you wish your package to be delivered to a country that is missing on the list, please contact our customer service agent at info@dnbwear.eu for more information.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Estimated delivery date is 7 days after you submit an order. Maximum delivery period stated by law is 30 days.

How do I get a refund?

If the item doesn´t fit you well, you can return it undamaged in order for it to be exchanged. Please contact our customer service agent at info@dnbwear.eu for more information on the process.
